School Uniform

Our uniform can be purchased at Skoolkit, The Meridian Centre, Havant. However, we do not insist upon school uniform with our logo on and it can be purchased from other retailers providing it is the correct colours as set out below.

We also have several “Pre Loved” Uniform out for sales throughout the school year, this is managed by our Family Liaison Officer and can be purchased through a Honesty box, donating what ever you can afford.

Winter Uniform

· Maroon red sweatshirt or cardigan with or without school logo

· Grey trousers, skirt, pinafore or dress

· Yellow polo shirt

· White, grey or black socks or tights, Marron red tights are also acceptable

· Black flat shoes (no trainers) – Please provide Velcro straps if laces cannot be tied

· Winter weight waterproof coat

Summer Uniform

· Maroon red sweatshirt or cardigan with or without school logo

· Maroon red or yellow  and white checked dress

· Grey knee length shorts, trousers, skirt or pinafore dress

· Yellow polo shirt

· White, grey or black socks

· Black flat shoes (no trainers or sandals) – Please provide Velcro straps if laces cannot be tied

· Lightweight coat (waterproof is ideal)

PE Kit

· Yellow logo or plain T shirt

· Black shorts (in the winter black coloured leggings or tracksuit bottoms may be worn)

· Black plimsolls (inside) or  trainers (outside)

Other clothes and accessories

· Book bag. No large rucksacks are permitted in school, we do not have the space to store them

· Named water bottle—all children are provided with one when starting school

Summer Forest School Sessions

Long-sleeved top, lightweight long trousers, long-lasting, high factor sunscreen and hat

Winter Forest School  Sessions

Vest, long-sleeved top, thick dark trousers or jogging bottoms, thick warm jumper or fleece, waterproof coat, named wellies in a carrier bag, 2 pairs of socks or welly socks, gloves, scarf and warm hat.

At Purbrook Infant School for health and safety reasons, long hair should be tied back using discreet and ideally uniform coloured hair accessories and headbands.

We regard the following Hairstyles as unacceptable:

· dyed or bleached hair

· bright coloured hair extensions

· hair patterns and shaving.

Open toe sandals and flip-flop style footwear are not permitted.

Children are not permitted to wear jewellery. 

For children with pierced ears, one pair of small stud earrings may be worn but these will need to be removed before school on PE days.  If this is not possible they should be taped over (Please provide medical tape in your child’s PE kit if they are unable to remove their earrings).
